Our Saturday in Pictures
Saturday was my favorite days in a long time. We woke up to what would end up being 80 and sunny, and after a long Colorado winter, it was so needed. We started off the morning my getting dressed and walking to our neighborhood Starbucks. I sat outside waiting with the dog while Drew and Jasper headed in for our drinks.
He did not want his picture taken holding a 'girly coffee'. It may be 'girly', but that Carmel Macchiato is so freakin tasty.
With our drinks in hand we headed to Jasper's favorite park (he calls it the wood chip park) and spent all morning there. Doing a lot of this.
After park time we headed to The Spice Pickle for some lunch. We went to the one a block from DU, next door to the old hookah bar hubbs and I used to frequent pre-Jasper.
Lunch was amazing of course, and after we filled up we headed to Wash Park- one of my favorite places in Denver. Drew and Jasper chased kicked a soccer ball around and played frisbee
While I did this.
Laying out in a dress in Wash Park while reading Twilight in Swedish. I can't think of a better way to spend a Saturday. Or any day for that matter.

AAHHHH!!! Wash park is one of our FAVS TOO!!! I miss that place! and SPicy Pickle! We lived at the Bouvoillon (sp??) when we were there for a summer... it was right across the street from Spicy pickle :) YUM! I miss Denver!!!

what a fun fun day! saturday is my favorite day of the week, it's so nice to just spend time with your family. your lunch looks amazing, your skirt (dress?) is CUTE, and i always get caramel macchiatos when i go to starbucks!
