New morning routine

Now that I'm on 4 out of 4 days I think I can call it a routine. Jasper and I have been starting our days out like this : wake up at 7 (why it changed from 730 745 I don't know) cuddle in his bed for a while, maaaajor perk of now having a big boy bed, then from 730 to 8 Jasper plays in his room all by himself and let's me do my elliptical! After that we make a delicious, healthy smoothie that we have for breakfast. Jasper has an apple or a banana/orange with this as well but the smoothie keeps me full till lunch! It's been a good way to start the say. I havent used my elliptical in months. But I have been needing the distraction lately. It's my way of coping I guess, staying busy. If I keep this up I might get those legs of steel I've always envied. I also decided to try the 30 day shred I've had sitting here still in it's packaging for months. I did it yesterday during naptime, because nap time equals quiet time equals breaking down time, and it Burned. And today? I can barely move. How the hell am I supposed to do 30 days of this if on day 2 it hurts to sit down and pee? Anyway, smoothie ingredients if you feel inclined to try: Greek yoghurt, milk, agave, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and a banana.


  1. Great job!!! Keep it up. I actually really love the feeling of being sore the day after a tough workout. It makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something. You're doing awesome!
