Big news!

No, I'm not pregnant (That's always the news I expect when someone says they have news)
We are moving!
We got an incredible offer on our house within 12 hrs of listing it and we just had to take it! We were definitely starting to outgrow this little house. We had plans to rent this house back from the buyer for a few months while we look for another house, but while browsing craigslist a couple of weeks ago the words "brick tudor" jumped out at me and to our luck it is just blocks away from our current house!
We did a quick drive by (fell in love) and scheduled a time to see the house (fell more in love) and now after two weeks of back and forth (and back and forth again) it looks like we are moving! And soon!
