Drew and I are trying out a mini juice cleanse. I say mini because we are only doing it for two meals a day. Breakfast and lunch for the past three days have consisted of a juice, then we will have a snack around 2-3 and then dinner, and usually another snack around 8-9.
So far it's not too bad! Oh and I've been drinking a LOT of coffee as well. I actually feel great and feel like I have more energy!
Only negative is I've been making the same two juices a day (one for breakfast one for lunch) and I'm ready for some new recipes? Have any favorites to share?
What a good idea! I've been thinking about doing some sort of cleanse, but the idea of several days (or more) of being hungry sounds torturous to me! This is great - healthy and simple. I may try it! Glad you popped over to say hi about the V-Day exchange. That email had gotten lost admist my sea of chaos! I'm going to have to go find it again. Nice to "meet" you!
