Drew and I are trying out a mini juice cleanse. I say mini because we are only doing it for two meals a day. Breakfast and lunch for the past three days have consisted of a juice, then we will have a snack around 2-3 and then dinner, and usually another snack around 8-9.
So far it's not too bad! Oh and I've been drinking a LOT of coffee as well. I actually feel great and feel like I have more energy!
Only negative is I've been making the same two juices a day (one for breakfast one for lunch) and I'm ready for some new recipes? Have any favorites to share?
