I've gotta be honest. I'm getting SICK of this diet. I just want some damn bread! And pasta! But it's been three weeks now, and I'm going to try to make it another week. Then slowly add foods back in. But not as much! Something good long term wise has to come out of this 4 week torture!
Here's what a day in paleo looks to me (yesterday)
Breakfast
Blueberry/banana/coconut milk/cucumber smoothie.
Lunch
Leftover quiche from last night (eggs, coconut milk, spinach, red pepper, cheese) and bacon
Snack
Home made paleo crackers- SO good! Cheese and Apple slices
Dinner
Drew through this together and it was Delicious! Potatoes, chicken on the grill, cream, asparagus and black olives
And another snack
Banana and almond butter. I don't like almonds but love almond butter- weird?
And that's it. Totally doable and everything I ate was delicious. I'm just running out of a variety I think!
This looks alright compared to most diets! You can ho cheese and bacon !! But I know what you mean about bread. I tried a diet of alkaline foods and no what once (doctors orders) and I didn't even last one night. I ate 3 days worth of alkaline groceries because I couldn't get full then I had a slice of toast and I was all good.

Yes exactly! The first few days I was ALWAYS hungry- I even at 4 apples and a banana in one sitting for a snack and didn't feel full.
