Tindra turned 6 weeks old on Saturday and I'm SO ready to get rid of this belly flab and jiggly thighs. I haven't gone for my 6 week check up yet but I was feeling brave and decided to attempt the 30 day shred anyway. 

I'm using the word attempt preeety loosely. This was Not pretty guys. I did the 30 day shred like twice last spring/summer and could Barely do level 1 then. So for me to attempt it after 9 months of pregnancy and 6 weeks after a c-section? Comical. I think Jasper did a better job than I did. I had to alternate between using my weights and cans of tomato soup. My legs were literally shaking. As were my arms.

This probably isn't even the best time to start this since I'll be out of town thursday night through sunday night (1500 mile round trip road trip with two littles, eek!) but I got the motivation today, and let me tell ya you don't mess with motivation!

On top of the 30 day shred I will be spending the next 30 days doing the Mama Mio bootcamp for tummies. I'll post weekly updates, and hopefully will start seeing a change!

    30 day shred ROCKS =] It really jumpstarted my own journey to fitness and wellness! Now I do Bodyrock workouts =] if you're curious, you should google them! They're pretty damn fantastic =]

    1. you are too sweet- i actually do have ONE large stretch mark! It didn't show up till about a week after which makes no sense going through 2 long pregnancies without a stretch mark and then have one show up after!

  3. I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own blog and was curious what all is needed to get setup? I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?
